How the controversy of the Israelis with the Palestinians can be settled.

With the strategy up to now both peoples have had the goal of expulsion or of destroying the other people. Both peoples did not reach this goal in more than 50 years of continuing terror. During this time the USA have tried to mediate but they became even the goal of insidious terror. Each conventional diplomacy failed; it might have lost their credibility.

Now new ideas are necessary for the solution of these problems!

Tools for peace develop only on the basis of Charity, which includes justice. - Already Moses brought the instruction of God to the Israelis: “…, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.” (LEVITUCUS 19.18) And Jesus affirmed the teachings again about the brotherly love by many examples. Also the Islam recognises Jesus as prophet on. Therefore one could have to expect that the Islam knows the Prophecy of Jesus about the charity too.

Which is applied here to the particular, the same has to be applied to whole peoples. If one regards persons as its brothers and sisters, then one can regard those peoples as “brother peoples”; all the more the Muslim Arabs and the Israelis, whose religion goes back to the same prophets and to the 10 commandments of Moses.

     True religions don’t fight against each other but complement each other!

It must be recognized the fact that due to historical developments both peoples have entitled requirements for possession on the same country with their historical and religiously justified „holy places”. - However the highest priority has a surviving of both peoples, whereby both the spiritual and the physical surviving must be exactly the same considered.

Therefore the peoples, who represent the “United Nations (UNO)” should introduce into the international law that the peoples in case of controversies would not only have to submit concepts for living and surviving of their own people. Additional they should have to develop also concepts, how the respective other people could live and survive. They can test the suitability of their concept, which they planned for the respective other people, to it whether they themselves would be ready to live under such conditions.

Only then international development aid should be carried out.

And if the terror does not stop during its, then occupation troops under the leadership of the „United Nations” should have to disarm and arrest the stubborn people.

If by neutral observers of the community of nations assistance are given with the analysis of problems and with the develop of concepts as suggestion, then that may not become repelled as interference into the internal affairs of a sovereign state; because also the community of nations is dependent on peace for its own security.
